半閉央圓唇元音（close-mid central rounded vowel、high-mid central rounded vowel）是元音的一种，用于一些语言当中，国际音标以⟨ɵ⟩代表此音，而X-SAMPA音标则以⟨8⟩代表此音。但不能将它与希腊字母⟨θ⟩混淆，而后者在国际音标中代表清齿擦音，是一个辅音。

  • 其元音高度是半閉，表示舌頭的位置是在閉元音和中元音之間。
  • 其元音舌位是央，表示舌的位置是在央元音的地方，大約在前元音和後元音中間。
  • 其元音圓唇度為突出，即將嘴角聚拢，且嘴唇內側向外露出。
