黑口新鰕虎（學名：Neogobius melanostomus）是一種廣鹽性的底棲性鰕虎，屬於鱸形目鰕虎亞目鰕虎科新鰕虎屬，是一種知名的入侵物種。

原生於歐亞大陸中部的黑海和裏海，本物種早已透過航運的便利入侵鄰近的波羅的海、歐亞大陸的多條河流，甚至遠至北美洲的五大湖區，或更遠的地方。

黑口新虾虎鱼是小而軟的魚，其特徵在於第一背鰭上的特徵性黑斑。牠們的眼大，而且微微突出於頭頂。跟其他虾虎鱼类一樣，牠們的腹鳍也愈合成一吸盘状。黑口新虾虎鱼的身長從10公分到25公分不等；體重從5公克到80公克不等，隨年紀增長。雄魚的體形比雌魚大。幼魚（少於一年）灰色，當步向成熟時，黑口新虾虎鱼會开始出現斑驳的灰色、黑色、棕色和橄榄绿色的斑点。
