史泰登島鐵路（英語：Staten Island Railway），簡稱SIR，是位于美国纽约市斯塔滕岛唯一的一条城市轨道交通系统线路。该线路全年24小时营运，由大都会运输署的子公司斯塔滕岛快速运输运营管理局（SIRTOA）拥有，并由纽约市交通运输管理局地铁部运营。
提供圣乔治和托滕维尔之间沿岛东侧的本地服务。目前岛上只有一条线路，且该铁路与纽约地铁系统之间没有直接的铁路连接，但乘客可以免费换乘纽约市公共运输局的其他巴士与地铁服务，纽约市地铁官方地图上也有该线路。乘坐该铁路的乘客通常使用史泰登岛渡轮到达曼哈顿。乘客可从渡轮码头进入该铁路线，大多数列车都与渡轮定时接驳。在2022年，该系统的乘客人数为3,757,700人，截至2023年第一季，每工作日约有14,800人。
该线路的线路标志与地铁线路类似：蓝色圆圈中的字母SIR。在时刻表、MTA网站、一些站牌以及R211S列车上都使用了这个字母，但在R44列车上没有使用。与紐約地鐵一样，该线路全年每天24小时运行，是美国为数不多的全天候大众交通系统之一。票价只在两个车站收取，即圣乔治站和附近的汤普金斯维尔。
虽然该铁路最初被认为是一条标准铁路线，但现有线路已从国家铁路系统中分离出来，只有一小部分前北岸支线仍用于货运。客运业务现在作为快速交通系统进行管理，不受某些法规的限制。该线路使用经过改装的R44和R211S列车，后者将在2024年和2025年期间取代R44。
