吉爾福德縣府戰役 (Battle of Guilford Courthouse) 是一場爆發於1781年3月15日的美國獨立戰爭戰役，發生地在今日美國北卡羅萊納州的格林斯伯勒。1,900名英國軍隊在康沃利斯侯爵的指揮下，與由彌敦內爾·格連將軍指揮的4,400名美軍進行戰鬥。

儘管參與戰鬥的軍隊不多，這場戰役仍被認為是決定性的。在此之前，英軍在保皇派的支持下，幾乎成功重占喬治亞及南卡羅萊納，並認為北卡羅萊納即將落入他們之手。在此之後的戰鬥，格連在康沃利斯選擇入侵維吉尼亞時撤至南卡羅萊納。這些決定讓格連得以將英軍從南方趕走，不久後康沃利斯便在約克鎮投降。

在吉爾福德縣府軍事公園中有這場戰役的紀念館。
