美国总统高级顾问（英語：Senior Advisor to the President of the United States）是美國總統的高級顧問，亦是白宮辦公廳的高級成員；自1993年以來，白宮正式使用高級顧問的名稱。
高級顧問一職在政府內不具備正式的決策權，但通常會被賦予能對決策產生重大影響的權力，並就重要議題向美國總統提供策略建議、分析和推薦。
