本條目為波蘭的世界遺產列表。根据联合国教科文组织1972年制订的《保护世界文化和自然遗产公约》，世界遗产是指对全人类有重要文化或自然价值的遗产项目，波蘭於1976年6月29日批准了该公约。截至2021年，波蘭共有17處世界遺產，其中15项為文化遗产，2项為自然遗产，其中1项与白俄罗斯共有，1项与德国共有，1项与乌克兰共有，1项由18国共有。除此之外，波蘭共有5處《世界遺產預備名單》。波蘭一共2次擔任世界遺產委員會成員，並曾於2017年於克拉科夫舉辦第41屆世界遺產委員會（日语：第41回世界遺産委員会）。

入选《联合国教科文组织世界遗产名录》的世界遗产项目均按照十项评定标准登录，每一处登录的世界遗产必须符合十项标准中的至少一项，其中符合第一（i）至六（vi）项的为世界文化遗产，第七（vii）至十（x）项为世界自然遗产，同时符合文化和自然遗产标准的为文化和自然双重遗产（又称“复合遗产”）。以下所展示的波蘭的各项世界遗产按照其登录年份及其在《世界遗产名录》中的编号顺序排列。

預備名單

除登录《世界遗产名录》的项目外，联合国教科文组织的各成员国可保留一份《世界遗产预备名单》以供其考虑今后的项目申报。任何项目在申报世界遗产之前，必须是已经被列入《预备名单》的项目。截至2021年 (2021-Missing required parameter 1=month!)，波蘭共有五处文化遗迹被列入《世界遗产预备名单》。
